Brene Brown is a PhD researcher in psychology at the University of Kansas. She’s been a TED curator, a TEDx speaker, and a best-selling author. She has been featured in the New York Times and the Guardian, the Washington Post, USA Today, and Fast Company, among others. She’s a passionate advocate for bringing vulnerability into the workplace, connecting the personal and the professional, and recognizing when we need to stop talking and listen. She’s also the first friend I’ve ever had. When she started working with me, she was the first to sit and listen to my feelings about my work, my family, and my personal life. I learned early on that if I wanted my work to be impactful, I needed to learn to speak my truth in a way that made people feel understood. I learned that I needed to talk about my pain and vulnerability publicly or keep it private and suffer in silence. When I shared my personal struggles, I learned that I could call on people who had been there and felt similar. I learned that I could talk about the struggles of motherhood and the workplace and find comfort and understanding in the stories of others who were also feeling powerless, confused, and anxious. I learned to ask my colleagues for help when I struggled to get something done. I learned that when I had a lot going on, I had to figure out how to take care of myself, my loved ones, and my work. I learned that when I’m working on something big, like writing a book, I need to make sure I have support in place. I need to nurture my body, my brain, my relationships, and my spirit. And I learned that just like with my personal life, the more I shared, the more people wanted to understand me and join me in making a change.

I used to be able to download more than one file per license from 3D Warehouse at the same time. Now I can only download one at a time and I cannot download more than one SketchUp Pro 2017 license... any idea? 827ec27edc
