You need to uninstall everything, licence server and all user data, and pref remove entries from your registry, then reinstall licence server first then install nx, then add environment variables, the x86 issue refers to a 32 bit system folder and your running 64 bit, also make sure ur UGII_BASE_DIRECTORY in environment variables points to the location of installed software, then you need to configure your licence file in LM TOOLS the licencing manager
